The staff were excellent, a real pleasure to deal with. The location in a lovely area was good and fantastic and there were supermarkets and convenience stores nearby. There was lots of cafés and restaurants.

This place is located not too far from the heart of the city, making it easy to reach restaurants, bars, pastry shops, supermarkets, and stores. the room was spotlessly clean, cozy, and had enough space for an open suitcase.

the hotel's location was incredibly convenient, making it easy for us to visit all the tourist attractions in the city. We also appreciated the abundance of restaurants, bakeries, cafes, and supermarkets in the vicinity. the highlight for us was the small kitchen in our room which allowed us to heat up our own meals. Another plus point was the helpful staff, especially Alberto, who went out of his way to accommodate our requests and even managed to upgrade our room to a larger suite. The comfortable bed, luxurious linens, and towels added to the overall enjoyable experience. Cons: Nothing I didn't like to be fair. 😊.

I had a really great experience at this hotel. The location was perfect – it was close to two different metro lines and within walking distance to pretty much everything, including the Opera. The cleanliness of the hotel was exceptional, and the facilities were in great condition. I didn't have a car, but even so, I felt that the parking was more than adequate. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the breakfast every morning was fantastic.

I recently stayed at Serotel Suites Opera for a week-long vacation. The hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. The property was impeccably clean and well-equipped. Despite its location on a busy street, the rooms were blissfully quiet at night. Travelling with my 11-month-old, I was thrilled that they provided a travel cot. The location was ideal, with a supermarket right next door and plenty of restaurants, bars, and brunch spots nearby. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making me feel safe and well taken care of. I would 100% stay here again.

Its location was very convenient, as it was only a few minutes away from major attractions and public transportation. what we liked the most was the rooftop terrace that provided stunning views of the city.
